Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

10 cup Apple Juice
13.3 unit bananas
5 lb Frozen strawberries
8 cup Greek yogurt
2.67 cup Soy milk (light)

Directions

Place the banana, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and apple juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.

*For lactose-intolerant people, make some with soy milk instead of yogurt.

Carrot, Cabbage, and Kohlrabi Slaw With Miso Dressing

Ingredients

0.25 cup grated fresh ginger
4 unit shallot, chopped
0.5 cup miso paste
0.5 cup vegetable oil
0.5 cup rice vinegar
0.25 cup soy sauce
1.33 tbsp sesame oil
0.5 cup water
1 head cabbage, finely shredded
10 unit carrots, shredded
0.4 unit kohlrabi, shredded

Gather the ingredients.

In a food processor fitted with the metal blade, add the ginger, shallot, miso, oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pulse until well combined. Add the water and puree until nicely blended.

Combine the cabbage, carrots, and kohlrabi in a large serving bowl. Drizzle over about 3/4 of the dressing and toss. Add more dressing if needed.

Refrigerate to serve chilled or enjoy room temperature.

kimchi fried rice VEG - protein in recipe but put on side

Ingredients

14 cup jasmine rice
2.5 cup kimchi
1 cup kimchi juice from kimchi jar
1 cup water
1.25 cup gochujang
3.33 tbsp vegetable oil
10 unit green onion
0.62 cup roasted sesame seeds
40 unit eggs
10 pack seaweed pack
5 lb spam
2.5 lb tofu

0. Cook rice according to package instructions *the night before* (ideally).
We will have proteins on the side for people to serve themselves

FOR VEG/TOFU:
1. Pat dry tofu with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Spread the tofu. Cook until the bottom turns golden. Gently shake the pan and flip to cook the other sides, until most sides of the tofu turn golden. Transfer the tofu to a plate and season with salt, pepper, etc.

FOR SPAM:
1. Dice and pan fry, pretty easy

FOR FRIED EGG:
1. pan fry or oven? idk what to tell you just fry eggs :)

FOR FRIED RICE:
1. Heat up wok. Add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the chopped! kimchi and stir fry for 1 minute over medium-high heat.
3. Add old rice, kimchi juice, water, and gochujang. Stir all the ingredients together.
4. Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.
5. Garnish with sprinkled chopped green onion, roasted gim/seaweed, and sesame seeds. Serve right away
