FOR VEGETARIANS: use meatless vegetarian meatballs instead of the beef meatballs
On the stove top: Heat sauce or gravy in a pot. Add frozen meatballs. Cover and heat on medium for approximately 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In another pot, boil water and put in the thick spaghetti and some salt. Cover and heat on medium until spaghetti is done.
