Preheat oven to 325. Peel sweet potatoes and cut in pieces. Cook, covered, in small amount of boiling water until tender. Drain and mash. Add butter, brown sugar and salt. Place in casserole dish. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
