Mexican salad

Ingredients

1 unit bell peppers
1 can Black beans - low sodium
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp cilantro
3 cup Corn (whole kernel)
1 can Garbanzo Beans
0.5 tsp honey
2 unit jalapeno peppers
2 unit lime
0.5 cup olive oil
0.5 unit onions
1 unit plum tomatoes

Directions

1. Chop onion, jalapenos, red bell pepper, cilantro. Dice tomatoes. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, garbanzo beans, corn, onion, jalapenos, red bell pepper, cilantro, tomato, olive oil, honey, pepper and salt. Squeeze 12 tbsp lime juice. Mix well and allow to sit 1 hour before serving.
