If you have canned whole beans:
Heat beans over medium heat until boiling, add cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder
Mash beans
If canned refried beans:
Heat, taste and add spices to taste
Fry eggs according to preference (sunny-side up or over-easy/medium preferred, scrambled eggs also works). Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder
Melt cheese over eggs as desired/ omit for lactose intolerant
Slice avocado/ mash into guacamole with lime juice, salt, cumin, cayenne, paprika, pepper, salt, minced garlic
Serve as eggs on beans, topped with salsa and quac, or salsa and avocado
