1. Preparing ground beef:
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in taco seasoning packet (1 packet per pound of ground beef).
2. Preparing tofu mixture:
Drain and dry the tofu. Heat the pan and add oil. Crumble the tofu and cook until browned, adding taco seasoning at the end (1 packet per package of tofu).
3. Mash the avocado with some salt and pepper and lime juice.
4. Heat taco shells as directed on package. Serve taco shells with beef, tofu, lettuce, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and cheese.
