INGREDIENTS
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz light sour cream
15.5 oz jar salsa
1 ½-2 cups shredded Mexican 4 cheese
tortilla chips
INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: For lactose intolerant people, leave out some salsa in a bowl for them.
In a large baking dish spread cream cheese on bottom layer. Add salsa on top of cream cheese. Spread cheese over salsa
Bake at 350 for 20-30 mins until cheese is melted. Tempature and time may vary
Top with sliced green onions, and dollops of sour cream on the corners
Enjoy with tortilla chips
