Drain FULLY tuna and artichokes.Chop all choppable ingredients decently. DRAIN AND RINSE AND DRAIN AGAIN BEANS. Combine all ingredients except tuna, tortillas, and lettuce in a large bowl. Stir gently. Separate a little for vegetarian, then add tuna to the rest and stir (if no vegetarians, skip step). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Put a few leaves of lettuce on tortilla, then top with mixture. Roll it up, then slice diagonally.
