!. Wash all the bok choy and cut of the bottoms of the stem
2. Mince all the garlic
3. Heat up oil on a pan on high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until aromatic.\
4 .Add the bok choy and quickly stir-fry for a few times before adding the salt (to taste). Quickly stir-fry a few times agin, turn off the heat, dish out and serve immediately.
