1.5 | clove | garlic |

1. Cook/crumble the bacon:
Preheat to 400° and line a large baking sheet with foil. If you like your bacon extra crispy, put a metal cooling rack inside the baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is crispy, about 20 minutes, depending on its thickness. Drain off grease and crumble into a bowl.
Could also pan dry them for better texture!!
2. Scramble the eggs
Beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. (Do not put in too much salt. Salty eggs are blehhhh). Grease a pan with a little bit of butter or oil over medium heat. Cook until scrambled eggs form.
3. Cook the bell peppers/onions (Last 7 ingredients)
Heat some oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add in the peppers, onions, chili powder, cumin, salt, and smoked paprika. Stir often to evenly cook the veggies until the peppers just being to soften, about 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the peppers have softened but aren't mushy.
4. Prepare all other ingredients
Rinse and drain beans and place them in a bowl.
Chop the cilantro.
Slice the avocados.
Warm the tortillas in the oven
Place everything out and let people make their own burritos
