2 | tbsp | olive oil |
1 | pinch | onion powder |
1 | tbsp | rice vinegar |
1 | pinch | sea salt (or kosher salt) |
1 | tsp | siracha |
2 | tbsp | soy sauce |
1 | lb | tofu |
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and rub thin layer of oil on baking sheet or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Wrap blocks of tofu with paper towels and place between two plates with book on top for 15 minutes to press out excess water.
3. In a shallow dish, whisk together all ingredients (minus the tofu).
4. Drench each piece of tofu in the sauce ingredients then lay flat on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping each piece of tofu midway through.
