Make GF using GF flour
1. Thaw berries and lightly drain. Also, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, blend together the honey, oil, bananas, and vanilla.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry, mixing only until combined. It should be lumpy.
5. Grease and flour the muffin tins or use liners.
6. Gently fold blueberries into the batter. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. (Muffins won't rise too much)
7. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Test a muffin with a knife. It's point should come out clean.
