1. Brown meat and seitan (vegetarian option)
2. Sautee with the meat, half the chopped peppers and onions. Saute the other half separately. (Use your discretion for how exactly you want to separate meat vs. veggie--doesn't necessarily have to be half and half)
3. mix brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed, and flour together, then sprinkle on meat and onions (in separate pots).
4. add entire can(s) of tomatoes with juice evenly between both. make sure the tomatoes are chopped or crushed.
Drain all the beans and add red kidney beans to both and black beans to vegetarian chili. Add seitan to vegetarian chili.
5. Add tomato soup to both
6. simmer for 30 minutes
