2.5 | unit | Shiitake mushrooms |
1 | tbsp | soy sauce |
2 | cup | vegetable broth |
2 | cup | Water |

1. Soak the shrooms in water so they're not dried anymore.
2. Dice ALL of the vegetables so they're well mixxed in with the porridge
3. Combine all ingredients (except pepper) in a medium saucepan, bring to boil over medium heat then turn down heat and let simmer until water has been absorbed.
4. Add more water/broth if necessary
5. Sprinkle with black/white pepper just before serving.
